هل هناك حد أدنى للإنفاق؟Is there a minimum spend?

الحد الأدنى للطاولة 750 درهماً لكل ضيف، ويُستخدم بالكامل على الطعام والمشروبات. أسعار الطاولات تفتح مع الموسم الجديد.The table minimum is AED 750 per guest, fully redeemable on food and beverage. Per-table pricing opens with the new season.

كيف يتم حجز الطاولة؟How does booking a table work?

أرسل التاريخ وعدد الضيوف وسيعاود المكتب التواصل معك. رسوم حجز قدرها 300 درهم تؤكد الطلب وتمنحك دعماً على مدار الساعة من مدير علاقات خاص بك، وتُعاد بالكامل إذا لم تتوفر طاولة.Send your date and party size and the desk comes back to you. An AED 300 booking fee confirms the request — and gives you 24/7 support from your own relationship manager. It is refunded in full if no table is available.

متى يفتح كوكو؟When does CouCou open?

يعود كوكو للموسم الجديد في سبتمبر 2026. طلبات ليالي الافتتاح مفتوحة الآن، وسيؤكد لك مدير علاقاتك التاريخ.CouCou returns for the new season in September 2026. Requests for opening nights are open now, and your relationship manager will confirm the date with you.

ما هو الزي المطلوب؟What's the dress code?

أنيق. لا تي-شيرتات مطبوعة ولا شعارات ظاهرة، ويُرجى ارتداء حذاء أنيق. المكان سطح مفتوح، فالبسوا للهواء الطلق كما للقاعة.Elegant. No printed t-shirts and no visible labels, and please wear smart shoes. It is a rooftop, so dress for the open air as well as the room.

هل تستقبلون المجموعات الكبيرة؟Do you take large groups?

نعم. راسل الكونسيرج عبر واتساب بعدد الضيوف والليلة، وسنرتّب لكم الطاولات معاً.Yes. Message the concierge on WhatsApp with your numbers and the night, and we will put the tables together for you.

هل يمكنكم ترتيب أعياد الميلاد والمناسبات؟Can you arrange birthdays and celebrations?

نعم — كعك وشمبانيا واحتفاء كامل من القاعة. أضف ذلك في خانة الطلبات الخاصة وسيتولّى الكونسيرج الترتيب.Yes — cakes, champagne and the room's full treatment. Add it to the special requests box with your request and the concierge will set it up.
